At Camellix, customer satisfaction is our main goal.
Since we strive for excellence in quality, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, we will replace it with another version that is likely to address your concern. If we have no other suitable version, we will refund the amount you paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please send us at least 25% the product and your original receipt within 30 days as explained below. Please report items that are damaged or missing within three (3) days of delivery. On exchanged items, you are responsible for shipping and possible differences in price. If you were shipped the wrong product by our mistake, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges or we will just send you the correct product, if you prefer.
Our products are risk free for 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
To return your product, simply contact our Customer Service by email at: email@example.com to request your Return Authorization number (RA). Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.
Complete the back portion of your invoice form and include it in the package being returned. To guarantee your refund or exchange, we suggest shipping your returns via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail at your expense. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for a refund or exchange to be issued.
