Shipping Policy

At Camellix, we’re committed to delivering your order as fast and economical as possible. At checkout, we offer a variety of delivery options, so you can select the shipping method that best meets your needs. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary based on the method you select.

Parcel Shipping orders received by noon EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the same day. Items ordered after noon EST will ship the following business day. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email from us to confirm shipment or if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to arrive later than the selected shipping time.

We currently offer three parcel shipping options:
Standard: Your order is delivered to your shipping address 3 to 7 business days after processing.

2 Business Day: Your order is delivered to your shipping address 2 business days after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day for processing and 2 business days for delivery.

Next Business Day: Your order is delivered to your shipping address the next business day after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day for processing and 1 business day for delivery. Items ordered after noon EST will not ship until the following business day.

The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order’s total weight, will determine your shipping rates. If you decide to return your order, shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Restrictions
We offer shipping to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands.

International Orders
We cannot currently support international orders to areas other than previously listed.

Alaska and Hawaii
At this time, we only offer 2 Business Day and Next Business Day service levels for items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

US Protectorates
Orders to all US protectorates are offered the standard three to seven business day service option only, with no guarantee that orders to any US protectorate will be delivered within the standard three to seven business days.

APO and FPO Addresses
Orders being sent to a P.O. Box or an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address are offered the Standard 3 to 7 Business Day delivery option only. For these orders, shipping rates are based on the weight of your order alone.

P.O. Boxes
We offer shipping to P.O. Boxes through the US Postal Service. If possible, we encourage you to enter a street address to increase your shipping options. Orders being sent to a P.O. Box are offered the Standard 3 to 7 Business Day delivery option only.

Order Tracking
Your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider: UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. These carriers offer order tracking service, which allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
